IDENTIFICATION

Both the User Key and the Password should be asked to JACER if you unkown them.
They are the security method to access our server. The identify you as an unique customer.
The both are mandatory.

QUERY

Choose the query to submit from the available options.
The results will be shown in a different window. You can always go back for a different query without retyping.
Some of the queries will give links to other queries (i.e. from the shipments status you will obtain a link to the open incidences query, if some is available.
"Additional Data" fields could be used to set up a filter for the choosen query.
Some of these queries can generate a quite big volume of data. To avoid long delays loading the page, youy will receive the results in 50 row tables.

ADDITIONAL DATA

These fields are used as complementary information for the queries.
If you use "reference" in the Input & Outputs query, you will obtain the mouvements for that reference.
If looking for a Delivery Note and your Reference (Invoice, Orden No., Delivery Note) if knew, enter it in the field "reference": Only results with that information contained will appear.
The "dates selection" allow you to especify from when we must begin to query data.

Other Observations.

All the queries show when (date & time) they were generated.
They are not process to "update" our servers. The queries are done directly against our databases, it means that you can receive the information at the same moment that our internal users.
